At Farmbrooke Meadows, we provide buyers the opportunity to convert a Single-Family floor plan into a two-family home with the addition of an In-Laws suite. While our In-Law suites come with their standard options, much like the rest of the build process at Farmbrooke Meadows, there is still customization to be had! If you see something you don’t like, or something you’d like changed, just let us know and we'll be happy to make that change for you!

Note: The door leading from the office space in the main house into the In-Laws suite is one of many options for connecting the two units. Each main floorplan, such as the Madison, Grace, etc., may have different primary methods in which this connection is made. Ask Phil or Gregg what this might look like on the floorplans you like.
